Singapore Airlines will fly the world's largest passenger aircraft, the Airbus A380, on the Hong Kong - Singapore route from 9 July 2009.

Hong Kong will be the fifth International destination operated by the superjumbo aircraft. The airline's first A380 service started in October 2007 to Sydney and subsequently added services to London, Tokyo and Paris.
